Not sure about the cheapest but I have a really cheap VM with @justvm and RackNerd.

10USD for yearly is quite good.
@c1vhosting 2C/4GB/50GB/20TB@1G/1IPv4&1IPv6 at €7.75/year
Can check out below:

@dustinc
@crunchbits
If there is a restock! Need to wait for it!
Both are solid and offer a very low cost plan for us!
vdsina $0.75 per month
32 TB monthly bandwidth
billed daily $0.025
This is the cheapest paid vps I have
Some of the cheapest

@dapavn has a $10.05/y VPS (US-only IPs for now, seems they currently ran out of stock for NL & RO): https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/195744/nl-ro-az-us-ca-us-vps-from-2-m-or-9-5-y-free-vps-resources-free-vpn-autoinstall/p1
@dev_vps
how long have you been using their service?
what's your experience with the vps and support?
I'd take this if you just need cheap, not uptime.
he asked for "the cheapest yearly VPS" not "the best uptime VPS" 😌
I'm also interested in your experience with VDSina. Please share!
I'm hunting down the cheapest yearly VPS with the best uptime, mind sharing any of your finds?
😌
I'm 100% sure that any of these cheap providers will be worse than a free or trial one.

Is this supposed to be a blacklist - a don't ever buy list?
if you buy a 1.5gb yearly from @crunchbits for 3 years for $30 its $10 a year which is really good. Colocrossing has some $10 yearly unlimited bw ipv4 vps. I think thats probably the cheapest ik of.
You can only buy what is available. @crunchbits vps (https://get.crunchbits.com/order/lblk-yearly-kvm-ssd-vps/84) are not available!
1x IPv4, 1 EPYC Milan Core, 1 GB RAM, 10 Gbps unlimited bandwidth
0,25€ each month incl. VAT
Have multiple of those at Ionos, under certain conditions, you get 75% discount on their 1€ VPS. Drawback is 12 months of contract every time, means even if you don’t use it, you have to continue pay until the contract ends and manually cancel it. (When you try to cancel, you get a 50% discount for the next 12 month, if you decide to extend your contract instead of terminating it, this is an very effective method to keep old customers, as no one will ever decline such an offer. Occasionally this discount is increased to 75%(!). Means Ionos will only gain new customers, never loose any.)
Around 100 were available mid-day today, didn't you get one?
wow! did not get a PA, 4.5 GB vps. and i am human not a bot who orders within milliseconds.
serverhunter.com
I want to purchase this VPS, [PA] 1.5GB Yearly SSD VPS [PROMO]. When can I buy it? It's quite urgent
Ask the Chinese for their scripts on node seek.
NetCup $0.92 / month
I have to agree with him on that one.
I'm human too and I've been trying to get an offer from @crunchbits for Yearly for about a month now.
It's simply IMPOSSIBLE!
e.g.:
There are 23 vps of this offer available at 6am, at 6:01am they are already sold out.
(yes, I follow the announcements on Discord and Telegram)
e.g².:
There are 6 vps of this offer available at 9am, 09:01am I access and finally go to the payment screen, when I advance to 09:02am sold out!
I have nothing more to say or explain.
i try it since march 24, no chance
Usually if you send a DM in here or talk with the supports of the sites, they give you a good offer. Try this as well when you chose the provider.
Some stuff for me to think about here from you and @hyperblast
I will say if you're both holding your breath for PA, don't. That site is significantly smaller, and with our expansion/move end of month no new hardware is being deployed. If you must have the 4.5G PA Yearly, it's probably the hardest to get. There's not even room for our own staff to get any.
The majority of the orders from this round are not bots. Staff found a few egregious ones and cancelled them and all associated web of accounts. They're just popular and many people have individual alerts, but I can see known (non-bot) customers getting accepted orders.
Don't know a better solution here, take one-off requests? If we have to manually process and validate 100's of these things every month or two, it won't cost $22 anymore. Realistically it already cannot due to the surge in SSD pricing from when I first launched these with the venerable @raindog308 20k special. The whole point is for it to be low-overhead entry-level/promo product from us. I get the frustration, but I don't really have a good solution for it. I, too, would like new customers to have a chance at one as the whole point was to serve an underserved market or allow someone to dip their toes in with us and try things out.
I don't want it to be contentious, and we've already put a lot of effort into locking things down over this product that it simply isn't worth doing much more before I'm starting to impact operations/flow for the larger revenue generators. The customer renting some 3090's or a stack of dedicated servers has to be considered into the equation as well. Especially because these yearlies only exist by virtue of trapped space/power in GPU and compute racks.
If @crunchbits supports transfer you can get mine.
