Looking for VDS high single core performance, game server, 16-32GB RAM, East Coast US, $30/m budget
Currently with RoyaleHosting with 8 vcores 2x Xeon Gold 6152 and 32GB Memory.
They are really good, been really happy with them and had great customer service from them.
However, I need better single core performance for running an Enshrouded server and their upgrades are outside of my budget.
Here is what I'm looking for:
VZ Type: KVM
Number of Cores: 4-8
RAM: 16-32GB
Disk Space: Min 100GB
Disk Type: SSD
Bandwidth: Any
DDoS Protection: Yes
Number of IPs: 1
Location: East coast US/CA
Budget: max 30 USD /monthly (inc tax)
Thank you.

@SolidSeoVPS may work for you.
They are offering shared VPS, not VDS, and do not offer monthly payments.
Not sure how much I trust something that works out to be less than $7 a month. But it's definitely not a VDS.
Not suitable unfortunately.
Unfortunately, there isn't much options. Many VDS are over your budget.
I wonder whether I'd be able to achieve greater CPU performance on a VPS than on the VDS I currently have.
I can find VDS with these specs no problem in the EU for this budget but the US and Canada there seems to be much fewer options.
Ryzen 7950x cpu core at 50% utilization > > Xeon Gold 6152 at 100%
GB6 score for 2 vCore Ryzen 7950x
GB6 score for 4 vCore Xeon Gold 6152
Thank you very much for doing that.
Okay, I'll shift my focus to VPS rather than a VDS in this case then.
Any experience or heard of HostHatch?
customer for almost two years
Perfect, think I'll give them a try then, thanks for your help.
HostHatch all setup and performing very well and within budget.
if you could share your VPS configuration.
