I have been @Clouvider / @InceptionHosting customer for over two years.
There are some quirks with dedicated servers, why does it only take 20+ to increase a 10G port to 300t of traffic, but 200+ to increase it to 600t? That seems like a huge difference.
@Clouvider Is there some explanation for this as I would like to purchase a 600tb
Had to CANCEL my/our order.
Clouvider VPS type plans do not support/allow Email/SMTP(Port-25) , NO BGP-Announcement (for BYOIP/Subnet) , No rDNS-Delegation for VPS-Owner's own subnet !!
Restrictions/limitations or Whats NOT-ALLOWED should be clearly disclosed.
Everyone knows Dedi server in most cases has no restrictions , So saying that is useless.
In VPS type sale page, seller should clearly display restrictions for VPS and/or Dedi , specified clearly ... (especially about Port-25/Email/SMTP restriction) ... reduces hassles (and time-waste) on all side.
Cost of the upgrade reflects the commercial reality of how our Customers use the bandwidth once they go above certain threshold. Having said that, I put a request in to see if this is something we can improve. Ping our Sales via ticket, refer to this thread and let us know what you're looking for. We'll see what we can do

Very disappointing to see you reviewing us negatively ESPECIALLY how out of our way we accommodated you.
You agreed to Terms & Conditions clearly stating no emails - but leaving that aside, as we do exceptions to this rule for certain businesses, you somehow assumed that we offer, despite us never ever stating that that:
1) BGP sessions are available on our VPS platform (and presumably also free of charge), and that we will act as your upstream for the purpose of validating your request for IP Space to your RIR.
2) That we will delegate a subnet to your NS servers, despite ability to manage PTR in the portal, and despite we never said we will.
3) You raised a sales ticket asking for above information, but you chose to order an bi-annual package before it was responded to.
4) You assumed you can get a refund despite you agreed in the contract to no refunds.
5) Despite we immediately refunded you [on a weekend!], seeing where this is going, and suffered the cost of your refund fees due to your assumptions, you feel that we have somehow wasted your time.
I think this speaks for itself.
