Dear AlphaVPS Customer,

We are excited to announce that we will be upgrading our server infrastructure in our Los Angeles data center to provide you with even better performance and reliability. As part of this upgrade, we will be migrating your virtual private server (VPS) to the latest generation hardware featuring the powerful AMD Ryzen 7900 CPUs and blazing-fast PCIe 4.0 NVMe arrays. In addition to this hardware upgrade, we will also be increasing the network port speeds to 10Gbit/s for every VPS.

Key Details of the Migration:

Migration Period: August 9th to August 16th, 2024
Downtime: During the migration, your VPS will experience a short downtime of approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Impact on Your Services: There will be no changes to your IP addresses, pricing, or the specifications of your VPS—only improvements.
Benefits: This upgrade will enhance your server's performance, provide greater network speed, and ensure more reliable service.
Please note that this migration is entirely free, and you do not need to take any action. We aim to minimize the impact on your services, and our team will be working diligently to ensure the process is as seamless as possible.

We understand that even short periods of downtime can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance the quality of our services.

Nice!
