Hello. I'm searching a small VPS in Europe for 10-12$/Year.
Maybe NL, LU, DE, NO, FI etc
Needed >=10GB Drive, 0,5-1GB RAM, IP4 or IP4NAT.
NO KYC

The most important thing is MAX uptime and providers quality, I want to be sure that host will not goes down every week.

Just be aware they're well known for raising/lowering prices when they feel like it, and since it's daily billing, it's just a matter of 24h until it hits you. Don't top up much balance, IMO.

Assuming 6% return on $150 deposit, $12 per year VPS is much better deal.

Yes, $12 / year for the VPS (actually I am paying 10 Euros per year and I rounded up in $ terms)

Thanks to all. Dont think VDSINA is a good choice if one day they may change the rules and prices.

I'm searching good deal for last days, checked pony and other agregators, nothing is good. Yes, there 3-4 providers now with the prices 10-15$ but dont think they are reliable.

Maybe you can help me in other thing:
What cheap providers are the most reliable with great uptime?
Countries are EU or USA. And I will check their deals myself.

One of my servers has over 1 year uptime, the other one is recent.

This location is quite recent so can't give you accurate uptime insights, but for now, it's been 100%, and is using quite good transit (RETN) and in a well known DC.
My other servers in NL with them have basically 100% uptime, apart from a few outages outside their control.
