Looking for cheap 1GB RAM VPS under 11€ yearly or 1€ per month

vps specifications:
need 3 VPS
1GB RAM
15-20GB storage
1TB Bandwidth
1GPBS Port speed
Location - USA, EU

Budget - 11€ yearly or 1€ per month

already tried Racknerd and colocrossing sites, but the price is higher than 11€/year. 
https://justvm.net/ provide the cheap offers but are currently out of stock. 

If anyone can provide, it will be helpful.

    yes if we check paypal it shows 12$ for credit card it shows 11$ thanks for the information

    We only certify routed IPv6.
    Those pesky on-link subnets do not count.
