Need low-cost Windows RDP (No need for that much clock speed)

Just need to run Chrome smoothly.

Here are the budget and config I want

4GB Memory
60GB Disk
1 Gig Port
US location
Quantity: 22

Budget: $4-$5

    If you compile and run xRDP from the github repo and not from sources it's actually super fast. It feels like it was on pair of windows RDP.

    Found this, they have Windows templates (trial versions) and support installation from custom ISOs:

    XRDP is awful from repo. Like just fucking awful. It's like a night and day difference when you use the latest version from github.
