I'm curios to see what other people are using for monitoring for SNMP we use Librenms
Also what are people's thoughts to 360 monitoring, Just seems like hetrix tools but paid for if you want monitoring to check less than 10 minutes apart.

why don't you just use hetrix? They have both free plan and paid plans.
We do however I’m talking about SNMP aswell here hetrix doesn’t do that
