360 monitoring slow dashboard
Who use them for monitoring? Are you experiencing slow dashboard last few days?
How to contact them? No clear way, their website support links to plesk/webros but cannot log in there with credentials.

Thanks for help but still problems. Their support is awkward. After making an account on plesk tried to raise ticket and cannot submit it because they ask for plesk license which we obviously don't have as we aonly use monitoring.
I have should know after nixstat went MIA after Vincent sold it to webpros that I could expect problems. But anyway, now regret my decision.
In nixstat used to be live chat in dashboard for support in 360m it was gone also. Dashboard is slow as fck there is no one to answer on any mail, ticket yet.
