    confirmed. same experience!

the vps itself has great specifications and when it runs, it's stable. i have windows 2022 running and it's really good. the only problem is that the server is unavailable every night and from time to time. the worst thing was that i couldn't start the vps myself.

After sending tickers, there was no response.

  • VPS always disconnected under 1 minutes so I can't run anything

That is probably a sign of resources running out on the host server, due to juggernaut level of overselling

I bought a summer sale micro three days ago, just so I can be a part of the drama.

    Specs on their website site:
    EPYC 9334 + 5 Gbit/s shared

    Yabs + nws:
    Ryzen 7950X3D + < 1Gbit/s

But Geekbench 6 score is better than yours:

    Single Core | 2685
    Multi Core | 8175

    I haven't monitored uptime yet.

  • interesting. summer sale is based on EPYC 9334 / 5 Gbit and you got (more powerfull) 7950 with 1 Gbit?

further proof that things are going haywire there, perhaps even chaotic?

  • Would be interested too. The price is killing me.

the price and specifications are tempting, but the hassle and grief you will have is not worth the 5 euros a month.

  • My VPS restarts every 2-3 days, but it is maintaining Windows Server OS along with data.

I didn't install OS using their templates.

VPS restarts but Windows OS is holding its ground.
Right now, 2+ days since last auto restart ... let us see when the next restarts is going to hit

  • My VPS also has 2+ days uptime. I use their Windows OS template.

They mentioned on Discord that they are aware of the issues and are ordering more hardware, so I'll wait to see if it's stable enough before renewing. Still, it's very good for the price. Windows and web browsing are very fast.

  • I am also part of the drama since last week. Server was down at least once every day. Asked support, their statement: "there are no known problems". And even after the service comes back online, I have to manually start the server from the panel. It's a fcking nightmare.

There have been no malfunctions in the past few days.

  • It seems that HT-Hosting has replaced their hardware with a better one.

    Before

    Now

  • HT Hosting VPS is working lot better lately with much better cpu Ryzen 7950x

Yeah, I agree 100%, they got lot of complaints and fixed the issue and also installed new hardware to reduce load I think. Last few days, there were no downtimes. Pretty stable

They must be waiting for the new host node and moved the VPS to the new node with same configuration as ordered

For €5, it is still an excellent value

My server was moved to new host server (EPYC 9334) without any support ticket.

I knew because of server shutdown event.

But the VPS is running very stable and perfect for my use case. GB6 single core score of 1500 and 4x vCPU ... it is an amazing value

It passed all the major tests, including YT test of 4k.

I give up. These kids are scammers.

There are constant problems with reboots, VPS freezes, getting stuck during reinstall, and not starting after reboot.

When I contact support, it takes several days for them to reply with some lame excuse where they completely ignore half of the support ticket. They just restart the server.

My VPS has been moved between several servers, and none of them have worked for more than a couple of hours.

To test and give them a chance, I ordered a small storage KVM while I waited for a reply from support. They did not deliver the service, and after a couple of days with two VPSs that don't work, I asked for a refund. Instead, I got a useless reply and two new VPSs that don't work.

One crashes and can't reboot (same problems). The new one (storage VPS) is tunneled through AuroLogic, and the network is constantly down.

One thing is low-end service, but when they don't reply with anything relevant in support tickets and just restart the service or move it to another server, it is a scam.

I bet they have a lot of "customers" who buy a service and cancel because it doesn’t work. And with the low prices, no one bothers to create a chargeback.

An easy way to scam people with services that don't work.
