It depends on the use case.
If I would order a dedicated server for personal use (for example with proxmox installed on it) I would not mind to only have a IPv6 IP/subnet available, but if I were to use it to host production/public websites and an e-mail server with it then I would go for a IPv4 address as well (less dependencies/points of failure/outages).

Sure, you can work with IPv4/v6 tunnels etcetera, but I don't know if a lot of customers would do that?

If you're planning to offer this you can also think about supplying a IPv4 reverse proxy to tunnel IPv4 traffic from a customers DNS name to their IPv6 server. This costs you only 1 (virtual) server and IPv4 address to serve your IPv6-only customers

Dont worry i am Monitoring and Processing Those today but we indeed keep it limited.

Some went in by mistake but i was able to Set The correct Filter after. But anyhow. No Matter you Receive whats advertised. No panic!
