    Voilà:

    Layer7 — €9.24 / month yearly
    2 Ryzen Cores (dedicated)
    8192 MB RAM
    240 GB NVMe
    51200 GB/month bandwidth
    5.0 Gbps port speed
    IPv4 + IPv6
    France

You can also have an affair with my affiliated pony: aff.

Your budget is low for a 7950, can offer either of the below.

    Ryzen 7950X VDS

    • 2 Dedicated vCPU (7950X)
    • 4GB DDR5 ECC RAM
    • 100GB NVMe
    • 20TB Bandwidth
    • 1x IPv4, /64 IPv6
    • 2.5Gbps Port
    • Spokane, WA

    $14 / month
It falls short of your RAM and storage requirements. The next tier, with double specs, is $28/month.

    Xeon Scalable VDS

    • 2 Dedicated vCPU (Gold 6146)
    • 8GB ECC RAM
    • 150GB NVMe SSD
    • 20TB Bandwidth
    • 1x IPv4, /64 IPv6
    • 2.5Gbps Port
    • Spokane, WA-USA

    $8 / month
Checks out all your requirements and undercuts your budget - but is Intel Xeon Gold.

    150 GB NVMe

Just bought one now and testing.

That's a serious deal because the traffic is 'unlimited' too. Can you post the YABS output? https://github.com/masonr/yet-another-bench-script

  • We all do, my friend. Trust me, we all do.

    Just bought one,

IOPS fine, not blazing fast but also not slow
    Network great, up to 5Gbps
GB6 1000 per core, totally usable for this price

There is even a 30% free bonus credit if you top up in advance (minimum 5€)

Web management interface sucks ass though, slow as hell and 75% of the buttons and features don’t actually work lol.

Once configured I don’t ever want to go back to their panel xD.

Keeper for me for now. 16gb with 4000-gb6 for just 5€ (4€ after discount) is usable

https://ht-hosting.de/ when you visit this address, website will give you a offer for their summer sale go to that page or you can directly visit https://ht-hosting.de/summer-sale . . You can also change the language of website from German to English. I used paypal for the payment.
Fyi: their support will be very slow but they do respond to your questions.

Your budget is low for a 7950, can offer either of the below.

    Ryzen 7950X VDS

    • 2 Dedicated vCPU (7950X)
    • 4GB DDR5 ECC RAM
    • 100GB NVMe
    • 20TB Bandwidth
    • 1x IPv4, /64 IPv6
    • 2.5Gbps Port
    • Spokane, WA

    $14 / month
It falls short of your RAM and storage requirements. The next tier, with double specs, is $28/month.

    Xeon Scalable VDS

    • 2 Dedicated vCPU (Gold 6146)
    • 8GB ECC RAM
    • 150GB NVMe SSD
    • 20TB Bandwidth
    • 1x IPv4, /64 IPv6
    • 2.5Gbps Port
    • Spokane, WA-USA

    $8 / month
Checks out all your requirements and undercuts your budget - but is Intel Xeon Gold.

    More details: https://crunchbits.com/vds
    DM to order.

    Unfortunately, out of stock.
