I agree with that, but it is simply impossible to provide high-quality product, with 24/7/365 customers service and a lot of other benefits. thanks for. your opinion

This kind of got me thinking.
If your business idea is to provide a high-quality product with 24/7 support and whatever benefits, then why are you in a lowend forum? That's not lowend, none of it.

Maybe it's just me, but lowend for me has always been dirt cheap and you get what you pay for. Not saying the products have to be bad, but you cant really expect 24/7 support on a product you pay a few dollars for, that is just not reasonable. When lowend providers start bragging about "AI datacenters" and dedicated 10Gb/s, all for a few dollars a month, it just pisses me of since it's obviously blatant bullshit. (This is not directed at you, I have no idea what you sell or for what prices, I'm just talking in general here).

I kind of miss the true lowend spirit, when you did a lot with very little. Give me a 512mb box on a 100Mb/s connection for a few dollars a month and I'm happy.

we use the forum because we want to reach users who are interested in the topic. we want to be up to date and know what consumers expect from us. Without a conversation we will not be able to improve our services.

As for prices, I invite you to visit the website, while the lowest price is $39.9.

  • Such a nice topic :)

Let me tell you, Mevspace, about you.

What are the most common issues you face?

With you this was 1-2 accidential reboots (I could not find the reason in logs so maybe it was electricity or something) during 4 years of service and up to... 12-15, do not remember exactly, dedicated servers in account.

Perhaps the market lacks the services/configuration you are looking for?

Yours are good, but usually they are at low stock. Also it could be good if you'd have Ryzen 7 CPUs presented not only with 7950.

Do you have problems with customer service solving problems?

Yes, they are so cute that can't think about work during conversation, that's the only issue. The last my request was solved by Kateryna quick and correct.

What would you like your provider to change/improve?

    Better stock.

First thing: if you introduce 2FA, don't just offer google authenticator.

The last thing I want to do is using any product or software by google.

So please offer alternatives for 2FA for your panel.

Doesn't Google Authenticator just use standard TOTP and HOTP? In that case there is a multitude of clients you can chose from, nobody is forcing you to use Google Authenticator.

    Thanked by 1tentor
    1. fix your OS template for dedicated server, most of your server doesnt support centos 8/almalinux, (now they provide usb stick to install os yourself)
    2. more specs with big drives, like 2x4tb nvme or 4x2tb nvme ( except additional storage)
    3. offering 10gbport port,
    4. unbeatable price, no doubt
    5. Great Performance and stability
