Thank you for your message. The promo code VPS40WORLD only works for standard VPS plans with IPv4 + IPv6 and only in the following locations: San Jose, Chicago, Dallas, Dublin, Singapore, Mumbai.
If you try to apply it to another plan (for example, a promo plan, an IPv6-only plan, or in another location), the system will return an error - this is expected behavior.
Please check if your order meets these conditions. If everything is correct, but the error persists - write to us via ticket, and we will definitely figure it out and help manually.
