Facing speed issue with one of the service providers ?
Hi
I am new here and using server from one of the service providers, will not name them. I was informed that the speed would be 10gbps but currently it hovers around 1gbps and sometimes going as low as 600mbps. Is this something specific to server or there is some issues happening at their end? I did inform and gave a screenshot of iperf3. But they are now asking for MTR.

Then give it to them. Provider engaging with you, most likely trying to find a fix/problem and you came here to ask question without any kind of details.
Maybe you just have unrealistic expectations and you want 10
gbpswhile downloading from some location in the other end of the world?
