If I matched the offers I could not post them here because of the price restrictions but I am fairly sure I can refugee some and you can easily ask iBrave to transfer the account from their account to my reseller to save the fuss of downloading and uploading data.

Some packages added, sig link and code because of price rules but did check with the staff about linking from the sig first

Does this 20% code work on all 3 packages ?

    Making the packages

    $20
    $40
    $80

    That would be ideal?

    I need a lifetime package

Lifetime package ceases when I'm dead.
With the number of red lights I walk through every week, this could happen any day.

    I prefer a 200-year package.
My legacy lives on, long after I'm dead.

The offers are great. I have some concerns though.

    1. Lifetime means the lifetime of a company formed in 2022, or the lifetime of a 35 year old british owner who is also the sole employee within said company?
    2. The offer is expected to bring way more income than previous year (was 2350 GBP in 2023). If I may ask, how do you plan on keeping lifetimes afloat in the long game - I am guessing you have some investments in mind?
    3. Could you please define "unlimited storage" according to your terms, not iBrave terms? I ask this because you use iBrave policy as a reference in this thread, yet you were already offering "unlimited storage" before this refugee offer came along (in your Linux Enterprise plan). As such, specifying a link to i20 and iBrave terms is not suitable, since you should have had your own terms already for your own offers. Therefore you need to be clear with regards to terms. According to your terms, what is "unlimited" in that storage, or how can someone regard it as unlimited?

Yes, I had been a sole trader prior to being registered.I had always been happy to run small scale for personal reasons and other commitments.

I had acted as a sole trader to begin with.

I have been selling from 20i since 2017 and have no plans to quit, the bulk of my clients had been shared rather than VPS which I have also increased the last 6 months.

I have other employments aside that fund my expansion plan while the customer base grows.

I believe the policy is already clear enough in regard to storage which states what can be stored and not stored on the platform.

I have over 230 active clients already paying even the smallest package of £1.49 a month, the maths speaks for it’s self.

This is a question to which you have not answered. Where are the terms on your website? I can't find the terms and policies (sorry if I can't read properly).

Since people are expected to order from a specific website, terms are expected to be on that specific website, not some other brand's website. In this thread you point to some terms on a different website (a website which soon might not even exist). You were offering services with unlimited storage before this thread, but where are the terms?

Sorry if I'm too blunt, but an order is a like a contract, on which one can't just simply suspend the service or modify the terms which should have been set before payment.

Bascially the same terms are here

    https://clientcp.net/knowledge-base/general-polices-~8/web-hosting-use-policy~1
    (My dedicated client portal)

As it's on the 20i platform basically my policy should follow their TOS in relation to the shared hosting. If someone has a specific question before ordering or feel the terms do not cover something they feel they need confirming one way or another I will have their query also confirmed with 20i to ensure the questions are covered by myself and also 20i's interpterion too just to save any headaches for anyone down the line.

Saying this only once since I started selling on the 20i platform have I had an issue and that was a customer who was uploading gaming footage just to store it on the platform, they did not actually host their website which 20i advised since it was not part of their website or used by the website it was breaking the TOS.

I am in discussion with 20i at this time to see if anything can be done since you are not the first to advise me of no replies.

This is the reply I have from them

    Hi ,

Thanks for getting in touch. There is no specific method however the following can be done:

Each iBrave customer received a migration link in their emails. They will need to follow that and then create an account with us on Reseller Hosting - this is only temporarily.

They will then need to transfer their packages and domains through our User Interface to your 20i email address. Once they do that, they will need to raise a ticket with us asking for their accounts to be cancelled (they cannot do this through you, they need to contact us themselves).

Now you will be able to create StackCP users for all of them and then assign them their hosting packages. Everything should then run smoothly.

If you need further clarification on any of this then please let us know. We'll be happy to help.

    Best wishes,
    Sam T

i will give this process a try and report if it worked. not 100% sure if this will result in migration of all account data (cancelling first and then creating new accounts) but no risk no fun.

I am waiting to hear back from a couple of people, if there is no joy with the process I will escalate it to someone higher up I have been in contact with at 20i to aim to get things moving forward.

i have just successfully transferred from ibrave to xHosts by using the transfer process to i20 that was mentioned above (link pops up when logging into the ibrave panel), and from there its possible to transfer to xHosts. all data, login details,... survived the move.

    thanks @xHosts for stepping up.
