About Netcup Snapshot Duration

Has anyone ever used snapshot on netcup? How long its normally last?
I took snapshot 3 hours ago and its not finished yet, while the server is down. With 90GB server size, it will finished under 1 hours in hetzner. 😬

    Seems like it got stuck and you may have to contact support. Even if the queue was long, should have been completed after 3 hours.

    Contacted support and they said they will check. Almost 10 hours of downtime. 😬
