    Locating a dedicated server or VPS that has support for a real GPU is going to be very difficult unless you are willing to spend a lot of money.

    GPU's for the datacenter are typically provided by Nvidia at the moment and cost in excess of $1500 each...look at SoftLayer to get an idea of dedicated servers that come with video cards.

    AWS offers virtual servers with video cards as well, but again, no where near LET like pricing, not even close.

    Not only would you need to concern yourself with a possible video card, but you may also need to look into how you will handle sound as well.
