Looking for a free VPS

As the title already states, i need a free, or if not very cheap, dirt cheap VPS. Specifically, I need the ability to
- call a MySql database
- download ~100Mb data per day
- then send the data to an LLM API
- receive response form the LLM (~ 50 Mb ingress per day)
- finally send the response to an S3 bucket. ( altogether ~80 Mb ingress per day)
All of this can run as background services.
This process should be performed 3-4 times every hour, which is 72-96 times a day. But the total data transfer will be about 150 Mb inbound, and 80 Mb outbound per day.
So I need something that is about 1-2 vcpu, 512mb - 1 GB RAM.
I am looking for option, that will be suitable for this task, but needs to be free, or dirt cheap .
I can do something like 5 - 6 USD per year max, hopefully without a credit card. That is why I am not using google or oracle.
Now, ideally, the platform will allow me to create unlimited tiny VPS , so that I can run each for a separate project, and as the project grows, I will move on to a paid model. For example, this is my search for a VPS to develop an AI powered BPO tool.
If a project does not grow, then I remain on the tiny VPS

You might be able to find a NAT server within that price range, but don't expect any fancy cloud infrastructure system to spin multiple independent boxes.

Get a NAT or some of those cheap under $2/month servers.
At least no animals will be harmed in this scheme.

Depending on type of project. Have you considered using something like raspberry pi (even zero sounds about fitting)?
Then you could use any cheapest VPS (even 128mb ram) and forward ports over VPN tunnel (if you need open ports)
I have thought about that, and a copy of the script is running on a Pi4.
But, I would want a fully off-site online copy as well.
Not even death is free. It costs a ton of undertaker and graveyard fees.
It depends on what kind of boiler you get into. And how competent the receiving staff.

Can do everything on Github actions for free. Setup a cron trigger for the workflow. Make sure to keep the repo as public as there are no monthly limits for open source projects. For urls, API keys and stuff keep them in repository secrets and you can access them from your actions workflow.
