    Why? Anytime we've received requests for a specific IP range its always sounded shady asf.

    gfw or some country with heavy censor internet or abuse some services havent block iprange

    We've had a handful of requests for IPs on a specific range of ours because of country censorship. Seemingly one of ours isn't filtered and I assume they use them as VPNs or random projects?
