Depends what you plan on using it for really
@AXYZE did a breakdown of the older model AX41 and EX44 on the lowendbox YouTube channel worth a watch
@chrisfe If the purpose is to use it with anything A.I. then go for the Ryzen (AX42) otherwise the Intel (EX44) will probably serve you better in most if not all other cases.
Afaik ryzen support ecc ram, while intel not. That is a huge deal.
Product Spec. page for i5-13500 says otherwise, ECC RAM seems to be supported.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/230580/intel-core-i513500-processor-24m-cache-up-to-4-80-ghz/specifications.html
Unfortunately though Hetzner themselves aren't providing the option to upgrade to ECC RAM directly through their website/panel, Has anyone ever tried to get them to upgrade them manually through a support ticket ?
AMD Ryzen™ 7 PRO 8700GE doesnt have setup fee right now as well, which is nice
What is your use case?
EX44
