Looks like a straightforward create partition, create filesystem, and mount.
What exactly are you stuck at and/or what error message are you getting? I have a certain suspicion but i don't want to make it look like i wouldn't at least try to be helpful.
for me, integrating a buyvm slab was easier than integrating a hetzner storage box
