Well, I won't recommend anyone 2gb VPS for as use case such as forex / stock trading
-- unless CPU is 2 vCore fast Ryzen 7950x

and in this offer, E5-2696V4 two vCores are not that powerful to run windows smoothly on 2GB RAM
