Just as a small improvement idea: could you (at the next announcement time) include a UTC time as well as the EST? Right now a lot of customers do have to translate the Eastern into UTC (or their own local) time, each needing 10 seconds for that while most (in IT) can do UTC->their local time in their head (50ms effort?). So if you do the Eastern->UTC once (10 seconds effort, or even only 50ms if you are in Eastern and work in IT), a lot of 10 seconds effort multiplied by a lot of people will be saved and humanity might have a slightly higher chance of being saved.

For anyone that does not want to do the UTC conversion: it should be 04:00 UTC until 06:00 UTC if I'm not too tired now.

Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I'll make an internal note so that future maintenance includes both the local data center time and UTC.

PS - Thanks for being a customer.
