    Jesus the fine print:

    TOS:
    If any of our subnets become blacklisted because of abuse please be advised there will be a $800 penalty applied and hourly rates of $140/hour for us to work on delisting this.

    Such conditions are quite big. I have an IP at George blacklisted with:

    • bb.barracudacentral.org
    • b.barracudacentral.org
    • zen.spamhaus.org
    • spam.spamrats.com
    • sbl.spamhaus.org
    • dnsbl-3.uceprotect.net
    • all.spamrats.com

    There were more blacklists when I got the server, but I tried to remove the IP from what I could. These remaining blacklists however have the whole block of IPs blocked, so I accepted it as it is.

    Having such statements as if they work on de-listing for $800 paid by abusers... that can't be good.

    There is a range that belongs to the datacenter, that still has some clients that is in the spamhause list, because the /17 is there, but not for us.

    @georgedatacenter - Thank you for clarification. However those terms are awkward. Paying money for a blacklisted IP is not right. Usually low-end providers act with immediate closure of service and banning of abuser (no question asked).
