Mercury 3.0: 1 VCPU/1 GB RAM/25 GB SSD STORAGE/200 Mbit port - 205₽ (~1,67€)
Mars 3.0: 3 VCPU/2 GB RAM 25 GB SSD STORAGE, 300 Mbit port - 279₽ (~2,28€)
Venus 3.0: 3 VCPU/3 GB RAM 50 GB SSD STORAGE, 300 Mbit port - 409₽ ~(3,35€)

and lot of other plans up to 10 vCPU/24 GB RAM/320 GB SSD storage.

For what? You will not see anything new - same racks and equipment like used in any others data-centers. If you want believe that there not exist any bears you can see exteriors:

We offer IPv6 in all locations - 50 Rubles (about 0.5 Euro per month) for one network /112
Nested-virtualization not enabled.

What do you mean by "serious sales"? Following the practices of providers that have already disappeared, is this what you mean? We are in business over 21 year for now.
