    @layer7 support is fast. Got replied 5-15 mins in EU working hours. No downtime, average CPU steal 0,1%.

    Hi,

    thanks but just to prevent wrong impressions:

    We answer strictly based on urgency of the case and type of the customer.

    For this low-cost products we usually talk here about, he company structure is in a way, that you could also expect receiving an answer after up to 12-24h.

    If you ask something that has 0 urgency and has pure informational purpose, it could be even days ( if you dont push it with follow up's ).

    Basically there are just no SLA existing in this pricerange.

    On the other side this low-cost stuff benefits from the fact that we also serve other types of customers / products as our main business, where we are 24/7/365 present and reacting basically immediately.

    So in the reality, all customers will be served quiet fast. But the point is, that you should not rely on it, if you pay 10 EUR for a server... unlike the customer of our main business, who pay quiet a lot more for our services.

    So if someone thinks he/she can pay 10 EUR for a server and expect 5-15 min. answer times on 24/7/365 base, then we are the wrong provider unfortunately...

    Anyway, thank you for the flowers!

    @faleddo are you still using layer7 for sentry? How was your support experience with layer7 ?

    @layer7 support is fast. Got replied 5-15 mins in EU working hours. No downtime, average CPU steal 0,1%.

    @faleddo Got it, Thanks
    I tried setting up sentry on Contabo 4vCPU, 6GB,400GB SSD, India DC inside a lxd container on seeing 4vCPU,4GB,20GB minimum requirement in sentry website and everything just hanged for hours and with multiple slow and hanging tries of accessing ssh, somehow stopped the container. Saw a 100% CPU, 92% RAM and 66% Disk usage. I don't get, how they came up with that minimum requirements.

    Now trying to setup glitchtip. But can't create new user, maybe glitchtip doesn't work without providing SMTP email credentials. Looking into it now.

    4GB RAM is old version requirements. Current version RAM usage is about 14-15 GB.

    In Glitchtip, try to set ENABLE_USER_REGISTRATION=true in docker env.
