What's cheap for you?
$1/IP for additional IPs across our platform.
~ SMARTHOST
Cheapest you'll find is with @tentor (https://skhron.com.ua) @ 0.65€/month per extra IP.
Cheapest VPS plan:
Base price (IPv6 only): 1.33€/month (1.10€/month if paid yearly)
If you add a single IPv4 address: 1.98€/month (1.75€/month if paid yearly)

Bandwidth?
You couldn't have written a more useless thread body if you tried!!
Edit: just realised OP wants proxies so, vendors don't sell your IPs to them and OP, look at webshare.
$1/mo/IP if that works for you
Sorry, let me fix it:
CPU 1 core is enough
Memory 1-2gb
Storage doesn't matter at all
Location preferably New York
Price excluding ips under 6usd/month
Bandwidth >1tb is fine
I dont plan to run phishing operation in 3rd world country.
My use case is running game bots.
1C 2GB at $6/m (preferably NY). So outside of NY you can go with pretty much any provider under the sun, which does extra IPs. If you are flexible on the location i'd recommend @tentor too as there really aren't many providers, which will do 0.65€/m per IP.
Another option would be to get literally any VPS and add IPs through a tunnel either at 0.50€/m per IP from https://noez.de/en/flexips @noezde (DE location) or at ~$0.65 - $0.85/m per IP from https://hyehost.store/store/v4-tunnel @bethp (UK, DE, NL or US/Kansas location).
Btw, the proxy recommendation isn't far off either. As long as the proxies are stable you'd pretty much get the same result. Doesn't have to be proxies though. You could as well also just get some cheap VPN and tunnel your connections through this.
Thank you, proxies arent opinion for me as i need socks5 with udp which almost noone does.
Yeah, proxies + UDP usually don't mix well, that's true. VPN might still be an option though. It just needs a bit of clever iptables/routing magic to send traffic over the various interfaces. You'd need to get something that allows you to use multiple VPN servers concurrently (usually advertised as allowing multiple devices i think, so if you get one for up to 10 devices you essentially get 10 IPs - assuming the service has at least 10 different servers of course, which most probably do).
@Jura27 be prepared to justify your intentions re- the additonal IPs. What do you need the IPs for and how many?
Need them for game botting. looking for few at start but need flexibility to be able to buy more at any time.
Check our DIY VPS:

Here is a good discount to get cheaper servers and IPv4 addresses: 35ADDITIONAL
You can order as many IPs as you want.
If you're okay with proxies, I have a webshare account with 162$ credit for sale, I'm not using it anymore.
How many Ips are needed on that VPS? There is barely any details on your requirements
I used shkron, it's really not bad.
Hello i can do 0.90 For IPv4
