I did not get any downtime alerts, but checked anyways and so far so good.

back online now,it takes more than 4 hours......
This incident was recorded on https://status.cloudcone.com/incidents/210010 this issue was due to a datacenter outage at Multacom. Everything was recovered and taken back to it's optimal state
Yup, DC1 and DC2, the outage was reported only in 1 DC
