I m read , on Texas it's the most big Crypto Miners pool from USA , because it's cheap electricity
0,29€/kWh (Germany, Bavaria)
$0.09/kWh
Does that include all the costs?
I don't know how it is in the US with so many local systems, here we have a few components on the cost (not only Romania, Europe, in general).
In total, my bill is about 1/3 the power, 1/3 transportation and 1/3 taxes. So, while my power costs, per KWh about 5.6 Eurocents, the total cost of the KWh including taxes and transport is about 17 Eurocents.
So, I am curious, in the US, how is this calculated?
The the USA power is generally billed as two primary components, 1) supply and 2) delivery.
Inside each of those components are many different pieces, including surcharges, taxes, recovery fees, etc.
There are parts of Texas where for most of the year the all in cost is between 4 and 5 cents per kwh.
about $0.20/kwh here in my city of Northern California.
With time of use plan, it can go down to $0.15/kwh which is really good for California. The avg for California is $0.30/kwh
$0.11 in Thailand if you're billed directly, could be up to $0.20 if you have got a greedy intermediary landlord that is marking it up. It has fluctuated a little bit since Ukraine invasion but generally still cheap, biggest expensive for everyone beyond the poverty line here is running aircons.
$0.03/kwh at lowest
$0.1/kwh at highest
only for residential. rate chart is different for different categories at Bangladesh
Usually $0.08/kwh with an extra $3 fixed charge per month. I am thinking of installing some solar panels now due to powercuts nowadays.
In my region of the UK it's £0.239/kWh on the standard tariff.
Am on a tariff that changes daily based on wholesale cost today am paying £0.1402/kWh tomorrow 0.194p/kWh.
10 cent per kWh, Indonesia.
0.24 GBP ~ 0.30 USD
About $0.032 in my country after the local currency went down
I am thinking of that too, unfortunately it is not very common in my country, I am working at night and also doing everything at night, from showers to laundry and cooking, just out of concern for the environment.
