    Cores, not threads. This is for a laravel-based (PHP) app that doesn't support multi-threading

    This is your best bet. There are servers from EU that are cheaper but I believe the ping would be over 300+ ms compared to 200ms from US.

    We can definitely get you into a dedicated server at/below your price range. Minimums on RAM and disk will be higher, but price is still lower including a second IPv4.

    Only things I want to say that we make absolute best-effort on but can't guarantee:

    • DC: SG or others (must have good latency to Indonesia)

    Try leapswitch in India: https://leapswitch.com/dedicated/#plan
    latency ~70ms.

    the best server in US has ~180-200ms latency and you want hivelocity, reliablesite or colocrossing in LA but they're probably above your budget unless it's on clearance or outlet sales.

    I have four dedicated servers with them, 3 in Surabaya and 1 in Jakarta. Outages could be counted with one hand in 5 years with them, and it was fixed really quickly, never experienced outages for more than 30 minutes. I have the owner's number if you want to negotiate a custom spec; the guy is really flexible.

    Hi! current CPU is AMD EPYC 7542 @ 2.894GHz (16 cores) so if possible we need at least similar or better than that

    Hello, it's a local provider called Natanetwork ( https://natanetwork.com ). The server is not yet provissioned at the moment. I asked a delay for a month or two to empty my upCloud balance
