Software RAID10

I got 4x 146GB SAS Drives (15k) and i would like to set them in RAID10

I've tried some tutorials i've found on Google but i can't seem to get it working. Anyone here willing to help me?

No i'm not going to do that xD. Server will be used for some L4D2 servers and some other gameservers

I have 4 disks, they're not in an LVM partition anymore. Just 4 disks/drives

use raider or reinstall using raid 10 mdadm from the start converting to 10 is a PITA and the amount of time you spend trying you could just reinstall and restore your data if any,
