Hello,

I am looking for a dedicated server with an AMD EPYC™ 9454P or an equivalent power processor, 512GB RAM, and a 4TB NVMe disk.

I will purchase it along with 30 IP addresses.

Its intended use is to perform Windows virtualization.

My priority for the location is Germany or other European countries, as being closer to the country I live in is better in terms of ping.

My location: Turkey.

    i mean only the cpu is 3-4k..

    Perhaps the new AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7970X would work? On par with the EPYC 9654. We can get it to 512G RAM no problem and 4TB NVMe support.
