I need an RDP with a minimum of 8GB RAM and amd cpu would be great if have . If it is located in Asia, that would be great too. I am running Visual Studio Code and some programs

    HostHatch for $9 in Singapore, or HostBrr for $7.50 in Germany, both on AMD Epyc, 8GB RAM, and support Windows; see my affiliated LET aggregator.

    Is windows requires or is linux (with an rdp/vnc server) also fine?

    Are you planning to use the VPS as a developer machine
    if so, I would recommend Europe locations for VPS (pricing is much better)

    Nobody mentioned WebHorizon so far, you can reach out to @Abd for a quote.

    I currently have an active service with them and satisfied, there have been a few minutes downtime recently but overall all good.

    There are few providers whose VPS is powerful enough and they allow cpu resources to be used on average of 30-35% for 24-hour period.

    This is important if VPS is to be used as development machine

    Look at this screenshot. NetCup (and many other providers) support evaluation license for Windows Server OS.

    Sorry but at this point I have started to believe you are here only for fun and not to grow your business and sales, you talk all crap in comments, no facts all jokes, you are not a serious provider, you do not realize most of the users here read all the comments while eating popcorn and if as of now anyone creates a thread and asks review about your services I don't see many users dropping positive reviews.
