Webhosting in Romania
Hi! I have a project that I want to move from its actual hoster because of some uptime problems.
It is a static website with 100% legal content but also has a subdomain with a file sharing application (password protected, limited use), that's why I will need a bit more storage space.
What I'm looking for is:
- host 1 domain (+ 2 or more subdomains)
- e-mail service should work great as it will be often used (3 e-mail adresses or better)
- uptime should be very high
- storage 40 GB or more
- Directadmin or cPanel
- price should be around 5 EUR/month (can go a bit higher if necessary)
- location must be Romania (else I would have found a hoster already and I wouldn't have made this topic)
- no 3/6/12 months payment, only monthly - no contracts
I have tried to look for hosting providers myself but so many of them that are looking good want many months paid in advance which I will not do.
If you have experience (either positive or negative) with Romanian web hosters, please share.
Thank you!

Use https://hosterion.ro if you are romanian.
Shock Hosting offers shared hosting at Bucharest, they are at NXDATA-2 dc.
Go chroot and never look back.

Thank you for your suggestions.
Even if I have never heard of Shock Hosting before, I decided to go with them as they seem to have a good reputation here on LET.
While I don't wanna recommend providers in particular, I can offer you this advice: Do not go with a provider who has its DC outside Bucharest. Not even in the nearby areas (Voluntari/Otopeni).
Else, you may start looking again soon.
Should you need anything in AMS, NL or Utah, US; do let me know. I can offer you something really nice there.
