Hello,
I'm looking for a KVM VPS with at least 4 CPU cores, preferably running at 3.xx GHz, and 16GB of RAM, with a minimum 1Gbps network speed. I need it to support Windows 2019 or newer, installable from the VPS control panel. Location isn't a priority for me.
I'm open to paying quarterly, or even yearly if your offer is competitive.
