There's a thread on WHT where other people have confirmed it's down - so it's not just you.
I was just saying the other day not to use it for production and people were like “been fine for me.” Their outages aren’t frequent they’re just above average when they occur.

Good DC if your business loses millions per hour of downtime. If your business is selling $5 vps running wordpress, you can lose 10 clients today and gain another 10 tomorrow. Both are "real" businesses. Pick the DC that suits your business revenue.
Last time I used them was like 5-10 years ago due to frequent and long outages.
Only use them if you are okay with being offline unexpectedly.
