Is it normal to lose ping while running YABS?
So, I bought a VPS from someone, but the server typically loses 1 ping every 10-15 minutes. However, when running any heavy tasks like YABS or YARN (nextjs) commands, it starts losing ping more frequently! Is this normal or does the server have some issues? Thanks..

It's normal YABS is performing network speed tests, you can even lost SSH connection while benchmarking.

Yeah, that's normal. YABS is making sure that network activity doesn't skew the results.
I've lost it like tcp with a 3-way handshake
