Has anyone used the Kimsufi Starter VPS?

I've always wanted to try Kimsufi since they're pretty cheap, but I'm unsure of how reliable they are. Has anyone tried them? I just want to host a PHP site, will this be enough? And is 100Mbps an issue?

    I had used it, works good but they need active payment method like PayPal, they will charge monthly to check if our payment method is active or not 0.97 for renew and 1.1.4$ extra for validation every month so you are paying extra once if you cancel or remove monthly subscribtion from PayPal they will cancel the vps

    I've used it. It's decent for $12/year, but yeah keep in mind it's only for the first year.

    Nope only for monthly
