300€ is Not possible for 10gbit Unmetered unshared. Not even if Provider is using the cheapest Transit (ie Cogent only) ever.
You should have for that alone, excluding Server a Budget of 650-1000€ Minimum.
Or you Look at 10gbit shared With Traffic Limit

This offers works for this price as long as its not used ( alias shared ).
Dont get me wrong, you can do what you want. And if its working, even better.
But just dont rely on it. I saw businesses getting crushed because their luck ran out at some point and they got too many customers who were using the offer too much...

Most providers can do commitment based on 95/5 so peak traffic is not billed. In that case I would recommend you add to your request how much bandwidth you need 95/5

thats a very interesting graph. I never saw a graph who will math 95% in and 95% out, sum it together and thats your total 95% value XD
Who ever made the software for this graph surely knew very well what 95% actually is XD
Aside of that:
~ 4 Gbit 95% with a server for 300,- EUR.... even if you use the cheapest carriers on the world and host in USA or similar, where power cost plays no big role, this 300 EUR will bring no profit. Just brings risk if its not 4 Gbit/s but more that you are loosing money.
But, hope dies last - and without any sarcasm, good luck finding a reliable hoster that will provide this!
i only see them fair use policy ( alias we will kick / reduce / what ever do nice things with you and your server if you actually use it )...

yes that would/might make sense in such a case. Spreading the risk...
But even you would buy a 10G Port for 500 EUR / month from a carrier... selling 4 Gbit + server for 300 EUR would mean that you pay 500 EUR to the carrier for 2 contracts of this kind.
So you get 600 EUR and pay 500 EUR ( not included the serverpurchase itself, power, colocation, infrastructure cost ( switchport/powerport, ... ).
And this just assumed it will (hopefully) not be 5 or 6 Gbit/s 95% in the next month...
So economically this makes just no real sense. There are better ways to make 100 EUR without that risk.
But if you pay 10G 95% for significantly less than 500 EUR, then, of course, will make sense....
If you buy 10G for 600 euro, yes that doesnt make sense.

Why not buy your own servers and colocate them yourself?
People usually trust companies that own their own equipment more.
And in the long run, it's often a lot cheaper.
