Looking for a dedicated server in north america (USA/Canada)
Hello, I'm looking for a dedicated server (~$50 per month), open to yearly commitments. It should have the following:
- 32/64 gb ram ECC
- nvme ssd raid0
- 1gbps uplink
- no blacklisted ip
- ipmi
- additional HDD storage (not required but a plus)
I plan on hosting some applications (nextcloud, gitea, nginx, postgresql, synapse) and a mail server (postfix, dovecot).

They have some good offers if you don't have a urgent need, I got mine 64GB Intel 12xx (don't remember exact spec) with SSD + HDD for $49/mo.
Had their service for almost 2 years now and the only significant outage in NYC Metro is for a dual provider fiber cut (dual provider fiber cut, partial network outage impacting some ISPs)
