Hi,
im searching for a free solution to track the SSL certs for my domains. I want to get notified if the certs changed. Checks and notifications should be ~daily. Could also be a self hosted solution if the front-end is secured (username+password,....)

just use hetrixtools, you can monitor ssl expiration date for free

If you are looking for a selfhosted solution, Uptime Kuma (https://github.com/louislam/uptime-kuma) might be an idea. It can monitor certificate expiry, but I'm not sure if will alert you if the certificate changes.

As far as I can see it can't notify if cert is about to expire.
