Looking for VPS in Frankfurt

I'm looking for a provider who's offering DDoS-protected VPS in Europe with 2vCores, 4GB RAM, 20GB disk and also offers additional IPs. I need around 85 IPs, so the price for additional IPs should be around 0.5 dollars per IP.

    Maybe closest would be @noezde. Otherwise, probably hard to find a provider doing such a proxy-like request. v4 is quite scarce.
