@fayaz90 2x4TB HDD is not really a storage server. I would classify a storage server as something with at least 4x HDD slots (like 4x8TB HDD), but yeah you're better off going with an OVH or Hetzner reseller if KYC is an issue. Maybe some day we will have a reliable site clone in EU.
Yeah, that's probably his best option. I mean his dream box is basically just sitting on Hetzner's auction waiting for someone to rent it.

yeah they just resell, but they've been around for a while. Would probably recommend if you can't pass Hetzner KYC or anything like that
Yeah, it's not it's going to get much cheaper anyways (at least for the all SSD box the lowest i've seen on auction is 105€ - with a Ryzen CPU and 1GB NVMes though but, oh well, that's the price of not passing Hetzner's KYC i guess). With just system SSD's and HDD storage it could be pushed way lower though: 2x 512GB SSD + 2x 6TB HDD = 52€ currently.
