I'm looking for dedicated servers 2Gbps 10Gbps dedi FR/NL
I'm looking for dedicated servers, with dedicated bandwidth.
between 2Gbps and 10Gbps,
that has more than 64gb and only 250Gbnvm disk is enough
bandwidth used, between 100TB and 200TB, it does not need to be unlimited, but the bandwidth must be dedicated
Location UE , france. NL, Germany

Have a look at our Dedicated Servers - most come with a dedicated 10G port - we have both metered and unmetered options.
We have stock in Netherlands and Germany: https://www.clouvider.com/dedicated-servers/
Tube-hosting, OVH, GTHost, Serverion, Streamline Servers.
Do you think by "dedicated bandwidth" he meant a dedicated port? If so, would this quote include a dedicated 10G Port as I doubt you'd sell that for that cheap?
I do not recommend any of these providers if he truly needs a dedicated 10G Port. Stan has a much larger network than Tube Hosting so I believe he would be able to suite the job perfectly.
Stan does not own his network, just a GSL user. Most of the time there's not even enough capacity, hence why he (over)sells at those prices.

??????
It looks like you are contradicting yourself.
Also, I only mentioned those providers because it gives more options for OP to choose from. They can decide for themselves if its suits them or not.
real "dedicated bandwidth" is only possible between two parties if theres direct fiber between them and even then its not strictly possible, because tcp/ip is none deterministic.
in short: impossible to gurantee through multiple hops on the Internet. Even though you have 100G, there could be some hops with 1G on the way.
Still i dont understand what others seems to sell here. At least if we selling 2G bandwidth, for sure the given bandwidth is 24/7 possible on the given port. This is simple ensured by providing enough (over) capacity on the way to the "handover" to the next peer.
If you really reach this 2G on a single connection (point to point) depends on all hops and the peering in between. If the linkwide is big enough and all peers on the way provide enough over capacity you reach the given bandwidth measured between two points.
If theres not eough capacity on certain routes its the (transit) providers job to "create" a direct peer to avoid the bottleneck.
