Panel for managing multiple servers

Hey there.
I have quite a few VPS(es) and a dedi, and I want to have a central web panel to manage them all (as in: view cpu usage, ram usage, disk(s) usage, IPs and maybe console - ssh - capabilities).
I know that I could do this by installing a panel (HestiaCP, Webmin etc.) on each of the servers, but I'd like to have the ability to view them all from a single access point.
I'd prefer something open-source, but all ideas are appreciated.
