IPXO facepalm -- Not a customer - yet they registered us on support -- then asks to register to remove account. Catch-22 at it's finest.

Photos on IMGUR so will vanish over time:

First e-mail, is that they have created an account for us, to a certain individual (email had full real name originally):

Replied we are not a customer and to remove all details, especially personal details, this was sent to individual's email account not company generic with full real name in the details afterall.

and this is the autoreply:

We had inquired pricing once upon a time from them, but decided it was no-go based on LET threads about IP subnets being all of sudden removed / blocked without forewarning. Had asked to remove all details.

No idea what prompted them to make this now, after such a long time with no contact and after telling them we are not interested.

Let's remember, mistakes happen when people are involved, so this was probably just some silly mistake by a sales agent copy pasting all details of everyone.

  • They've sent me 17 emails and I'm not a customer. I eventually just blackholed their domain.

@IPXO preys on those who use IPv4.
Stop using IPv4 and IPXO will not bother you.

This is most likely a third party who tried to create an account in your name and email address on this page: help.ipxo.com/support/signup

If you want your private information removed, you should send a GDPR request to [email protected].
    Read https://www.ipxo.com/privacy-policy/

It might be a good idea to Google your name to check if the third party behind this has created anything in your name on other websites.

We received those emails too. We are not using them, but same as you said, we asked for some details 1 year ago.

But nothing about sending emails to an account that was supposed to have been deleted along with all data eh?

They were not so bad before they split from Heficied.... Afterwards, just a downward spiral.

We used to have blocks listed there.
