Yep, that's probably one of of the very few offers that'll actually match OP's request. Well, at least unless he considers Pis and such to be bare metal (technically they very much are).
Thank you. Found some of Them before but the cpus do not seem to have a integrated graphics unit.
Forgot to say that i would prefer europe.
@PulsedMedia might be able to get around $20-$25 if you pay long-term 1 year+ but you can't install your own iso they have a limited selection installed or something. Other than that I do not know sorry I did not see the igpu part.
At $20 and lower you don't really have much choice. ~$20 is absolute bottom of the barrel pricing and likely only possible in the US due to lower electricity costs unless you consider said SoCs (some might actually have graphics units but then those things aren't really common either).
Edit: I might be wrong but i think at least some E3s have integrated graphics.
