Pfcloud works with AnonRDP skid bulletproof hosting, they were provided ASN's, subnets and hosting from Pfcloud.
Subnets are resold subs from Neterra
ASN's now state they were "compromised" https://bgp.tools/as/216289#whois

their current ASN, still subs from Pfcloud and downstream is also their own ASN(AS215208) getting RETN transit at UAB Host Baltic/Serveroffer.lt

Nothing can differentiate resold subnets from Neterra vs directly leased subnets. Explain how you think they are all leased.
