I bought a Singapore VPS 3 days ago, but up to now I have opened a ticket but there has been no response. Is it usually like this?

    I haven't heard from the supplier, but is it unfortunate to have 3 days without a response? Have you called the number they have on their website?

  • I have their vps for 2 yrs now and I made 2 tickets so far.
    Their response was fast for both tickets. Initial response was like within 2 hours.
    So I'll say that your situation is unusual.

    yeah seems unusual, mine took a bit to be up and running (ordered on weekend, they do manual activation), but has been almost rock solid since, I can only remember an outage that lasted maybe an hour or so, but anything else, great.

    Many providers here do not work on Weekends as per my experience, better wait until Monday as per their timezone.
